1. Банковский счет (bank account) или счет в строительном обществе на имя двух или более людей, обычно мужа и жены. В случае кончины одной их сторон сумма денег на счету переходит к пережившему (пережившим), за исключением случаев товарищества, счетов душеприказчиков или опекунов/доверенных лиц. Обычно совместным счетом управляет кто-то один из его держателей.
2. В США - счет синдиката инвестиционных банков (investment banks), которые совместно осуществляют проект гарантированного размещения ценных бумаг.
